First visit was today. Decor and atmosphere were fantastic. Good draught beer and good food. Waitress was kooky cool. I would give this place give stars but service was a little slow. In their defense, it was busy. Will definitely return next time passing through Atlanta and will recommend to friends

New ownership but food is just as good. The shakes are awesome but a big bottle neck with service because they take time to make. Staff is working hard but maybe better equipment would help them.

This place is amazing! Great, friendly service from my server Tarek. The drinks were creative and well made. My food came quickly and it was delicious! The atmosphere was unique and fun. I will be coming back again.

I really like this place! They make a really good turkey Reuben sandwich. Their menu is more than hot dogs & sausage sandwiches. They have malts & ice cream sodas. The decor is cute & there is plenty of parking next to the building.

This place puts the fun back into dining. Totally kid friendly for both the young and the young at heart. Start with the pimento cheese and pork rinds appetizer. Follow it up with a mean burger and tater tots. Wash it all down with a deeevine milkshake. Would have made it to five stars but there was a long wait for our food and service, and though our server was Awesome - the manager was NOT.

We used to love this place, not so sure anymore. The service was awful. We went a few weeks ago after their re-open and the waiter seemed thoroughly confused about the menu. He was very new. There were 7 people in our party and he took half of our table's food order after he got some of the drink orders. After he took our order, he came back several minutes later and said that they were out of the chicken corn dogs. It was noon on a Tuesday and not crowded at all. The waiters don't use the tablets anymore to take the orders and the new system seems very inefficient. It took well over 30 minutes to get our food. I have been to this restaurant many times before with a group and it never has taken that long. I'm not sure what has happened since they have re-opened, but there is a noticeable difference that is not positive.

Our waitress was wonderful and the food was super yummy. My daughter loved her Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshake.

At the Candler Park Fall Fest we ordered from the Pallokaville food truck. We had tots with goat cheese, green onions, and Pallookaville sauce. They were very good. The corn dogs looked delicious and we heard that they were just that.

Unique place. They serve a variety of hotdogs and other simple food. But they do it with flair. They also have some great frozen cocktails. If you've never been you should definitely try it out.

Great food and drink. Awesome atmosphere. It's like the fair setup shop so all the deliciousness can be had year round. Try the tots poutine. Do yourself that favor.

Really fun place with fancier versions of the junk food you'd get at a state fair. You can get all sorts of fun milkshake flavors, and can even make them boozy if you want. Love the nerdy and fun decorations.

Down home diner with the best corn dogs I have ever tried. You can't go wrong with any item on the menu.

It was just ok . 10 dollar drink was good but not all that. Are used to pay it at least 5:50 for a good Guinness to add ice cream I think I would have liked to taste more Guinness in it. It is a neat atmosphere

fun place, divey and the most awesomely decorated. trendy takes on corn dogs. giant fried pickles on a stick. fresh lemonade too.

Fun little joint with cool, friendly staff and great food. The Porker was amazing. Green chili was good, though not what I was expecting. Apple pie with cheddar on top is a must—don’t question it just do it. Lots of glorious things on the menu; will be back to try them all. Overall reminded me of a Chicago style diner.

Delicious! The best service ever too! The poutine was perfect, the burger was perfect, and the atmosphere was perfect! Next time I have to get a corndog for sure!

It's fun and casual and the milkshakes are pretty darn good! If you like the vibe of the Vortex, this would probably be right up your alley, although Pallookaville is quite a bit more child-friendly.Has a foozeball table, old monster movies playing, patio where a dog is welcome, and very friendly service.

Great food! The service was really good. Our server was the only one there during a rush, though. So, service was a bit slow through no fault of his own. The fold more than made up for it! I'd have given a 5/5 if there hasn't been such a wait.

Had good food with great atmosphere. Lots of choices of comfort food. Butterscotch skae is worth the drive.

Such a fun place to eat, my little and I enjoy grabbing a bite to eat here before heading into the city for a girls day. I highly recommended the charming thrift store next door, they always have funky finds!

Awesome food and great service.

Terrible service. Restaurant was half empty when we arrived. Took about 10 minutes for a waiter to come over and bring waters and greet us. Then they made an excuse that 2 staff members didn't show up so they were short staffed... meanwhile, 8 other employees stand around the bar doing nothing. Food was fine, but order was wrong. Booze shake just tasted like milk and bourbon mixed together with sprinkles, not good. We asked for a mayo for a sandwich, got an attitude that we "got all the basics of the sandwich... meat, cheese, bread." How do you screw up a turkey sandwich???? My friend also had water spilled on her by another waiter while we were eating, no apology. Has potential, but seriously need to train their wait staff better. Don't have high expectations.

This place is so fun and delicious! It is seriously like they sat around and said, "You know what would be awesome?? Yeah, let's do that." The super coffee shake is seriously the best shake I have ever had. All their food is super yum. Now they have beef burgers (used to only have pork) and it is BRISKET and SHORT RIB meat. And you can get their pimento cheese on top. Yeah. And the corn dog is perfection - and I don't even like corn dogs! So yeah, you need to come here.Update 10/7/16:This place is STILL the BEST! Also, the Reuben with pastrami is like heaven.

My whole family loves this place! We suggest it to everyone who comes to visit, and to friends who are in the area! The food is good. I'm a vegetarian so I like the pimento cheese sandwich and Tots(spuds) with cheese. But the best part is the huge selection of sodas and they're chocolate shakes!

This is a fun place. Once Avondale downtown takes off this place will be at its prime. We went for a sit down meal and it was good. But I think this place would really shine as a place to dip into. Grab something deep fried you know... Or a Sea Witch cocktail.

Great atmosphere! Great customer service! Corn dogs were the absolute best I've ever had and so were the milk shakes. Highly recommend For you to give it a try. Great little restaurant you should try with friends or family.

Top notch corn dogs with various coatings and sundry meat and veg options. Coleslaw is on point. I want to try a spud basket next time. I love the half sours. There are plenty of reasons to keep coming back, so many things to try.

Get the Cornleone with spicy cornbread

The service was good. The shakes were good. The food was a huge disappointment. My wife and I ordered the Ruben. It looked fantastic...But that is where it ended. The meat had NO TASTE. And for the price I paid for it, I was expecting a magical experience. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. I'll give them another try on a day in the future and either improve my rating or leave it as is.

This place has a fun air and spunky look. I felt so relaxed here and the food was out of this world. Had a blast here a few years ago for my birthday with close friends and meet the owner who was really awesome. I highly recommend this place for anyone.

Corn Dogs are absolutely amazing. Wish they would not put Rabbit in their Brunswick Stew. Onion Rings are also good. Great Atmosphere and superior table service.

Absolutely love this place. If you're unfamiliar, it's basically old school carnival food with a modern take. Stuff like corn dogs but using Kielbasi for the meat and options like cheese or peppers infused breading. The food is excellent, the servers are wonderful, and their massive list of shakes, sodas, and shaketails (adult shakes) is amazing. They capture the atmosphere just right to boot!

Fun food in a retro space. I went healthy with a hefty salad with smoked chicken. However, I had to try something fun...my guilty pleasure of choice was tater tots topped with onions, peppers, cheese and gravy, I wanted to try one of the 4 scoop milkshakes but my stomach wouldn't't let meThe prices ate reasonable for the amount of food you get.
